# Schlage

> Schlage is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 3.4k installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

Schlage is a built-in integration that connects Schlage smart locks to Home Assistant through the vendor's cloud. It provides lock entities along with binary sensors, selects, sensors and switches for each device. Settings exposed include the auto-lock time, a keypad disabled indicator, and switches for keypress beep and 1-Touch locking. Actions let automations add a PIN code to a lock, delete one, or retrieve all PIN codes stored on a lock. New devices appear without setting the integration up again, and devices that are gone are removed automatically. Setup happens in the UI with the email address and password of a Schlage account.
