# Picnic

> Picnic is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 755 installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

Picnic is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to the Picnic online grocery service. It adds sensors for the shopping cart, such as item count and total price. Further sensors cover the last order, including its status, total price, delivery time and delivery slot. Sensors for the next delivery show the estimated arrival, the expected start and end, and the end of its slot. The shopping cart is also exposed as a to-do list. An action adds a product to the cart from either a search string or a product ID, but not both together. Setup happens in the UI with country code, username and password, plus a verification code if two-factor authentication is on.
