# Lektrico Charging Station

> Lektrico Charging Station is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 177 installs sharing analytics and works locally.

Lektrico Charging Station is a built-in integration that connects Lektrico EV chargers to Home Assistant over the local network. It adds controls to start and stop charging, override the charging schedule, set a dynamic current limit, adjust LED brightness and pick a load balancing mode. Switches cover authentication, forcing single phase charging and locking the charger. Sensors report current and power factor per phase, breaker and installation current, charging time, lifetime energy and the reason a limit applies. Binary sensors flag fault states such as overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, RCD error and thermal throttling. Home Assistant can discover the charger on the network, and setup in the UI asks for a name and host.
