# Kiosker

> Kiosker is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 31 installs sharing analytics and works locally.

Kiosker is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to the Kiosker App over the local network. It adds binary sensors for blackout and screensaver state, sensors for ambient light, last interaction, last motion and the blackout display settings, and a switch that disables the screensaver. Buttons cover browser-style controls such as going back, forward or home, refreshing or printing the page, clearing cache and cookies, and dismissing the screensaver or blackout. Two actions let automations navigate to a specific URL or show a blackout screen with a custom message. Home Assistant can discover the app on the network, and setup is done in the UI with an API token generated in the app, with optional HTTPS and certificate verification.
