# Ituran

> Ituran is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 23 installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

Ituran is a built-in Home Assistant integration that connects to the Ituran cloud service for vehicle tracking. It provides binary sensors, presence tracking and sensors for each vehicle. The sensors cover the vehicle's address, remaining range, battery voltage, heading, mileage and the time of the last update from the vehicle. Setup is done in the UI with the government ID or passport number and the mobile phone number used when registering with Ituran, followed by a one-time password sent by text message. Vehicles added to the account later appear without running setup again.

## Setting it up

It is added under Settings, Devices and services, with Add integration.

### Connect

- **ID or passport number**: The government ID or passport number provided when registering with Ituran.
- **Mobile phone number**: The mobile phone number provided when registering with Ituran. A one-time password will be sent to this mobile number.

### Enter the code

- **OTP**: A one-time-password sent as a text message to the mobile phone number provided before.
