# FYTA

> FYTA is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 383 installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

FYTA is a built-in Home Assistant integration that connects plant sensors from the FYTA cloud service. It adds binary sensors, images and sensors for each plant, covering light, moisture, salinity, nutrients and overall plant state. Binary sensors report notifications for light, nutrition, temperature and water, along with whether a plant is productive or was repotted. Images include a plant picture and a user picture, and sensors also show the last and next fertilization times and the scientific name. New devices appear without repeating setup, and devices that are gone are removed automatically. Setup is done in the UI with the email address and password of a FYTA account.
