# easyEnergy

> easyEnergy is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 361 installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

easyEnergy is a built-in integration that brings easyEnergy energy and gas price data into Home Assistant. It adds sensors for the average price today, the current hour, the next hour, and the highest and lowest prices today with the times they occur. Other sensors show how many periods today are priced at or above, or at or below, the current price, and the current price as a percentage of the day's highest. Actions can request usage prices, return prices and gas prices from easyEnergy, which suits price-based automations. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report. It needs the vendor's cloud, ships with Home Assistant and is set up in the UI.
