# status-card

> status-card is a dashboard card for Home Assistant. It has 293 GitHub stars and was last updated October 25, 2026.

status-card is a dashboard card that shows an overview of many entities in one place. It adds a single card to Home Assistant dashboards that presents relevant entity data at a quick look, so the layout does not need frequent changes. Entities and devices are assigned to areas, and the card builds its overview from those assignments. The idea is influenced by Dwains Dashboard and makes it usable as a single card on any dashboard. It is installed through the Marketplace, or through HACS on version 2026.10 and older.
