# Mushroom

Mushroom is a collection of dashboard cards for building a Home Assistant dashboard with a visual editor. Every card and option can be configured in the dashboard editor, so editing YAML is not required, and the editor includes icon and color pickers. The cards use Material UI colors, support light and dark themes, and are translated into several languages. It has no dependencies, so no other card needs to be installed alongside it. A separate set of Mushroom themes is optional, and the cards work without any theme. It is installed through the Marketplace (HACS on 2026.10 and older) or by adding the script file as a dashboard resource manually.
