# Scheduler Card

Scheduler Card is a dashboard card for creating and managing time schedules for smart devices. It works on top of the scheduler custom component, which has to be installed as well. The card adds a way to create new rules, change existing ones and temporarily disable them. A schedule is built by choosing an entity and an action, then the days it applies to, then the time. Days can be every day, workdays, weekend or a custom selection, and the workday integration is picked up automatically if present. With the sun integration, a time can be set relative to sunrise or sunset instead of a fixed clock time.
