Banner-card is a dashboard card that shows a linkable banner with interactive glances for home dashboards. The heading can combine several texts and icons, and icons can come from the mdi and Home Assistant icon sets. A state mapping option forces a certain value or icon to appear when an entity is in a given state, for example to show a switch as a colored icon. Entities can be filtered with a when condition that checks state or attributes, such as showing a media player only while it is playing or a light only above a set brightness. An entity can also have an action, which makes simple buttons for starting a script or setting a light to a certain brightness. Colors can be themed through CSS variables, and a background image can replace the color.
