It has 56 GitHub stars and was last updated October 24, 2026. Toothbrush Card is a dashboard card that shows the live state of Bluetooth electric toothbrushes. It works with the Oral-B, Philips Sonicare, Xiaomi T700 and Laifen Bluetooth integrations and finds their entities automatically, so no manual YAML is needed. An animated tooth graphic with four or six sectors tracks brushing, and a progress bar is split by sector against the brushing target. Chips display battery, pressure, mode, score, brush head and head time, and each reading can be placed as a chip, a corner marker or hidden. After a session, a banner shows whether the routine was completed or stopped early.
