# HA Appliance Card

> HA Appliance Card is a dashboard card for Home Assistant. It has 62 GitHub stars and was last updated October 27, 2026.

HA Appliance Card is a dashboard card that shows household appliances such as washers, dryers and dishwashers. Every field is mapped to an entity chosen by the user, so it is not tied to a brand and works with any integration, or with a plain smart plug. It covers thirty-two appliance types, each with a CSS illustration that animates on the appliance's own data and stays still when idle. Raw state values are sorted into idle, preheating, running, paused, done, delayed or error, and washers, dryers and dishwashers name the current step instead of a generic running state. A smart plug alone can drive the state from power consumption, and the card can also show program, remaining time, alerts and start, pause, resume and stop controls. It supports fourteen languages and a visual editor, and it is installed through the Marketplace or HACS.
