# phpMyAdmin

> phpMyAdmin is an app for Home Assistant. It has 6k installs sharing analytics and was last updated October 27, 2026.

phpMyAdmin is an app that provides a web interface for managing the Home Assistant MariaDB app. It adds a database administration tool where databases, tables, columns, relations, indexes, users and permissions can be handled through the interface, while any SQL statement can still be run directly. Its page opens in the Home Assistant sidebar, so no separate address is needed. Two options are available: an upload size limit for imports, which defaults to 64MB, and a log level that defaults to info. It runs on Home Assistant OS on aarch64 and amd64, and it talks to the Supervisor. It needs MariaDB app version 2.0 or higher and cannot connect to other MySQL or MariaDB servers.
