## How to reach Joshua Dessol Design

Email josh@vulpo.app for anything: a bug, a feature request, a question about your Home Assistant setup, a press enquiry, a GDPR request or an invoice question. The form on this page reaches the same inbox and does not need an email client.

Replies usually go out within two working days. Germany-based public holidays and App Store review weeks can stretch that; a message is never lost, so there is no need to send it twice.

## What to include in a bug report

The device and OS version (for example iPhone 17 Pro on iOS 26.2), the Vulpo version from Settings, and the Home Assistant version help more than anything else. Say what you expected, what happened instead, and whether it reproduces every time or only sometimes.

For a connection problem, say whether you were on your home Wi-Fi or away, and whether the internal or external URL was in use. For a dashboard or card problem, the entity domain (light, cover, media_player) is usually enough; there is no need to send entity IDs or names.
